Individual consultations are offered to Mandel graduates to help leverage their competencies, to provide them with opportunities to expand their professional knowledge, and to assist them in developing their careers. Individual consultations also aim to support the graduates in dealing with the challenges they encounter in realizing their visions, whether in existing organizations or in establishing new educational and social initiatives. Each request for consultation is examined by the Consultation Committee (which meets four times a year), according to pre-determined criteria.
- Up to 15 consultation hours: short-term consultations focus mainly on career development or on a specific professional challenge.
- Up to 30 consultation hours: long-term consultations focus mainly on supporting graduates in new positions.
- Over 30 consultation hours: annual consultation in support of long-term processes, eg organizational consultation.
A special 6-hour consultation track is available for specific and focused counseling (contingent on the approval of the director of the Mandel Graduate Unit).
Consultation requests must be submitted via the form on the internet site of the Mandel Graduate Unit, a week before the Consultation Committee convenes:
